The Reset Terms of Use

These terms apply to The Reset, Coach Bill, and the optional Coach Jordan and Coach Emily add-ons. Store purchases are also governed by the terms and policies displayed at checkout.
Eligibility and adult purchasing
The Reset is designed for baseball athletes age 12 and older. A parent or legal guardian must complete every purchase for a person under 18. Before a child under 13 uses member tools, the adult purchaser must complete the parent-consent process using the purchaser email associated with the membership.
AI identity and limits
Coach Bill, Coach Jordan, and Coach Emily are artificial-intelligence systems, not humans. Their responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not therapists, doctors, dietitians, teachers, guidance counselors, attorneys, emergency services, or substitutes for a parent or qualified professional. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, determine return to play, or guarantee academic or athletic outcomes.
Coach-specific use
Coach Bill provides general baseball mental-performance education and coaching. Coach Jordan provides general sports-nutrition education, not individualized medical nutrition therapy. Coach Emily provides academic coaching and learning support, not submit-as-your-own schoolwork or help concealing plagiarism. Optional coaches require separate paid add-ons even when parental consent already covers their possible use.
Safety and emergencies
The service is not monitored continuously by a person and is not an emergency service. Automated safety processing may fail or be delayed. If someone may be in danger, contact a trusted adult and appropriate emergency or crisis resources immediately. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support or call 911 for immediate danger.
Acceptable use and privacy
Do not share passwords, full payment-card information, home addresses, phone numbers, school or team identifiers, student IDs, medical records, or another person's private information. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, cheat, evade safety controls, reverse engineer the service, or violate law. Use of child information is governed by the The Reset Privacy Notice.
Parent authority
A parent or legal guardian may review or request deletion of an under-13 child's stored information, stop future collection, or revoke consent. Revocation disables the child's member tools. One current parent consent may cover all three coaches, but it does not purchase optional add-ons. Materially changed child-data practices require updated notice and consent.
Accounts, subscriptions, and availability
You are responsible for safeguarding account access and providing accurate age and purchaser information. Memberships and add-ons renew until cancelled according to the terms shown at checkout. We may suspend access to protect a child, a user, the service, or legal compliance. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
