What ages is THE RESET designed for?
THE RESET is intended for baseball athletes age 12 and older, with no maximum age. Players under 13 require verified parent or legal guardian consent before using the member tools.
What is THE RESET?
THE RESET is a $19/month mental-strength program for baseball players. It includes 52 weekly lessons across 13 modules and Coach Bill.
How does the weekly program work?
Your first lesson unlocks immediately. Subsequent content unlocks weekly on a personalized schedule beginning on your enrollment date.
What is in the MIND + BODY BUNDLE?
The $139/month MIND + BODY BUNDLE includes one HYDRATE, one FOCUS, one RECOVER, and one month of THE RESET. It renews monthly. Compare the subscriptions.
What is The Stack?
The Stack consists of HYDRATE electrolyte powder, FOCUS vitamin, mineral and botanical capsules, and RECOVER whey protein. Individual products are available through the shop.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly. If canceled, THE RESET access continues through the end of the paid period. Read the cancellation policy or get billing help.
Are the other AI coaches included?
Coach Bill is included with THE RESET. Coach Jordan and Coach Emily are optional paid add-ons at $9/month each.
Is Coach Bill a human coach?
No. Coach Bill is an AI mental-performance coach. AI responses can be inaccurate and do not replace qualified professional care. Learn more.
How do I sign in or restore access?
Visit member login using the email associated with your membership. If access fails, see access help before purchasing again.
Where do I find shipping and tracking information?
Tracking is sent by email after shipment. Shipping charges and available delivery options appear at checkout. Shipping and order help.
Can I return a product?
Check the published return policy for eligibility, deadlines and exclusions before ordering. Contact support for a return or damaged item.
Where are ingredients and allergens listed?
Each supplement page links supplier facts and lists directions and warnings. FOCUS contains soy and fish; RECOVER contains milk. HYDRATE carries a shared-facility allergen warning. Follow the label on your container.
Can someone under 18 buy or use the products?
A parent or guardian must complete purchases for anyone under 18. Consult a physician before supplement use under 18. See parent and athlete information.
Are the supplements certified for my sport?
Do not assume sport certification from the product name or imagery. Athletes should check their governing organization’s requirements and ask support for product-specific testing documentation before relying on a certification.
